Experience

I do private tutoring in a rather unique way for the students that I work with - I treat each one as a separate entity. I do not use a cookie-cutter approach. My method includes determining the cognitive level that a student is currently at, and then going from that point to assist them in reaching their individual goals. My tutoring experience is not limited to the United States alone. I have also taught internationally. Professionally, I have been tutoring in subjects such as Math, SAT prep, English, and History for nearly a decade. In addition to being certified as a teacher in Massachusetts, I studied three majors (English, American Studies, and Philosophy) at Fordham University and graduated with high distinction. I even had the opportunity to teach at Choate Rosemary Hall.I have worked with high school students and counseled college attendees. I've taught hundreds of students from all walks of life how to prepare for college entrance exams, tests of English as a foreign language, and college essays and applications. The students reveal their learning destination to me, and I help them to complete the journey. In my free time, I enjoy all forms of entertainment, including sports, music, cinema, and the stage play.
